"Bob was great to work with. Very prompt in responding and getting information to me. I purchased shades to install on our skylights, but didn't have a tall enough ladder to reach. Bob came out, with the right equipment, installed the shades, made sure they worked, and cleaned up the area after he was done."

"got 3 quotes for h/w & furnace replacement, very tight closet. Platinum came in equal to 1, and 800 less than the other.
