He reattached the air condition hose to the vent but never came back with the part he said I needed and would not return my calls. He never finished the job. I hired someone else to complete his work. Beware.

We had a major problem with our A/C and we contacted Kero. We were very satisfied with the service quality, response, honesty, punctuality and cost. A few months later, we contacted him for our Heating system maintenance. And as usual he did a very professional service. We highly recommend Kero for any HVAC services you might need.

I am disappointed that he charged me $90, but he was not able to install the thermostat.

"It is not my job to run a wire that is stapled in the wall even though I spend time and checked if I can do it but that is a job for an electrician. And of course I have to charge you for showing up I spend gas and time I would not expect you to do your job for free."

"You cannot expect any company to come and do maintenance and give you a free charge of refrigerant... that is not how it goes. Refrigerant is not included in any service call price with any company I would understand if you need a discount which I gave you but you cannot expect a free ride."

The technician was able to identify the problem quickly and proved it using numerical data. He told me about the repair options and the reasonable expectations to have, and genuinely foxed the issue. 100% better than competitor HomeWorks Energy, which failed to identify and fix the issue.

Kero was extremely pleasant to work with was prompt and called to let me know he was running a little late (which turned out to be only 5 minutes) He explained all he needed to do,, before doing any repairs explained the prices and why.
