It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

Removed the wet insulation around the main trunk ducts, inspected inside and out for mold, debris. Cleaned the ducts and air handler, rewrapped with new insulation, sprayed with antimicrobial mist to prevent mold. Provided us with photos and updates throughout process so we could assess with them what to do. Communication with all employees in office and onsite very professional and thorough.
