"Steve was fantastic! We brough in paramount to provide a quote for removing and replacing an old cast iron dampener. We had another company come out and provide us a quote on a basic chimney sweep and they recommended we replace the dampener (which was expensive) because they could not get the dampener open to clean the chimney. When Steve from Paramount came out to provide the quote, he informed us we would not necessarily need the new dampener, opened the existing one and cleaned the chimney. "Perfect! The removal of the pre-existing concrete patio took and entire day of hard work with some heavy equipment and lots of muscle. Once the old concrete was removed and disposed of, the site was excavated to prepare the underlying base of crushed stone and sand for the pavers. The paver installation went well, but required last minute cutting into small pieces to fit some difficult spots (around the cellar hatchway). Everything looks beautiful compared to the older poured concrete. We're totally satisfied with the project and the team who did the work!"
