Viewed this product at the Boxborough Home Fair and wanted it installed on my home in place of the existing Anderson storm door with pull down screen on top. Regina took care of all the details- appt. and info. Rain caused a few delays in installation, but we were very happy with the job they did. Regina was present for the installation and it took about an hour. We opted for the device that slows down the return of the door as we have small grandchildren who visit us often and we didn't want to risk any pinched fingers. We are totally satisfied with the product and the installation. A relative visited us since the installation and loved the door. They are planning to install one in their new home also.

The company came in and took measurements. I put 50% down payment. They came back about 2 weeks later to install. The measurements took about 30 minutes and the installment including clean up took about an hour and a half. I have a very difficult schedule and they were able to work around it.
