"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"The remodel is still in Phase 1....demolition, clean out,putting in new sewer lines and pouring foundation/footings.We are in close contact with Kevin and Marvin every step of the way.They have given many suggestions and presented options to us as we planned the remodel together.This is a huge undertaking, remodeling and redesigning a 100+ year house into a contemporary, multigenerational home. "Tony arrived on time, was very efficient, did a great job of ensuring the door was sealed from the outside air and elements, did caulking, foam insulation, used primed wood, did fine finish work, spoke with my husband along the way to ensure the right decisions, and even rewired the new door for the alarm system. Everything looks great! I now just need to do finish painting work on the door casing (our door was prepainted). Tony's on the top of my list for our next carpentry job.
