They also gave me their marketing materials for a more elaborate and efficient sump pump system than the one I have, which I might consider getting. They were friendly and very professional. The one little glitch in the whole experience was that they removed the tubing from the basement washer spigot in order to connect their own tubing to flush out the sump pump hose, and then neglected to replace the washer tubing to the spigot. Apparently there was a previously unknown leak at that spigot which caused a 15 x 4 foot flood in the basement which I didn't notice until the next day. I cleaned up the flood and had my plumber to fix the leak. So, all is now well."
