"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. "They did a great job. They were able to use a small pump to pump the waste water out before replacing the broken pump. The other company wanted us to pay for a pump truck costing $600 before giving the estimate."

"This is the 2nd clbk to Ralph for the same issue, to clear the clogged pipe that was backing up into the toilet, he came, tried snaking and when that didn't work he had to leave to rent a piece of equipment in order to clean out the waste pipe as he obviously does not have proper eq. when I called to check how it was going as this is a rental property, he said it was all set, then he realized that now the sink lines was backing up, so the clog was not resolved. I asks him to call me before he left & follow up, when I checked on the status he said it was resolved, but he had to leave to pick up his son & left the waste he cleaned out on a piece of plastic under the waste pipe in the bsmt. Asked when he was coming back to clean up, he replied he doesn't know, and was annoyed that I expected him to clean up after he finished the job! I would Never Hire Seaside Plumbing Heating and Cooling out of Fairhaven, unless you want to keep calling him back to fix the same issue and leave a mess!"

The crew was efficient and the work was done correctly. They even helped and built my elderly neighbor a garage bathroom after seeing the work at my house.
