"Rich responded to my request for water heater service on a Saturday almost immediately. After quickly determining the tank would require replacement he arranged to secure a replacement (under warranty). Rich and his son arrived tank in hand on Monday and promptly got to work. Great job guys!"

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
