He replaced sub flooring and installed porcelain tile through, replaced damaged drywall, removed popcorn ceiling to a smooth surface, replaced vanity and vanity fixtures, installed new light fixtures, painted entire room and even hung my new towel rack He completed this in one week as promised. I already have talked to John about future projects I'm planning in the spring. I consider John my go to contractor for any jobs big or small in the future. There is no need to look any further."

"I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."
