replacing our front and back doors that were not installed correctly, the Yankee home improvement installers did a fantastic job! on time, quick and no mess..when they say no caddy whompus.. they mean it. we will be using them again.

The project was accomplished just as was agreed upon; no surprises, as scheduled, done in a timely manner. Ric Rolski, concierge, kept in touch with me and let me know the details of materials arrival, making sure his crew would deliver them in the assigned place. He was also very available months post project to answer a question I had and followed up on it. That is what I call customer service! And the crew did a fantastic job, by the way.. the roof looks great!

The entire staff was friendly and clean. They worked efficiently and got the job done beautifully! Rik, The personal Concierge checked in on us along the way. We are very pleased with the bathroom remodel!

This whole process has been SO easy for us. After the first appointment until install date they were in contact with us and kept us informed about every detail of the project. On the day of the bath remodel, the installers were professional, quick, and did an excellent job. It was so much less stressful then I thought it would be. We love our new shower. Would highly recommend!

Fast-talking salesman. Made promises the company did not keep. Top of the line products but bad follow-through. Was told Yankee comes to inspect a home after a year. Called twice. Never called back. This for me was important. Also had semi-new gutters. Was told they would take them down and clean. Had to beg to get it done. They cut one of my screens, had to beg to get it fixed. They did not tell me when they were coming so they pried the screen out and it still does not sit right. Also, salesman said they would add a vent that was previously roofed over. They did not. I let it go. I will not recommend this company to anyone. The salesman showed me all these puff-piece videos, do not fall for it. They are no better than the rest. They do financing but look elsewhere. Very high-interest rate.

From the start of our project to the end, Yankee Home Improvement went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy with the new windows. We are so glad we went with them and can t wait to have them complete more projects in our home. You won t be sorry if you use Yankee Home Improvement!

The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the products. However the product was high in price. The work was done in one business day. We like the new doors and will see how energy efficient they will be this winter.

They replaced an entry door as well as a storm door. There was an unexpected problem which Tim handled with ease and did an exceptional job. He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and then cleaned up everything when he was done. Emily and Alaska were very conscientious in keeping me updated on the progress of my project. I would deal with them again if there was ever a need.

These guys are great. They descending on our window/front door project when they said they were coming. They addressed my concerns and replaced rotted areas. At one point during the project, they made a quick run to get lumber to overcome an unexpected situation. I would highly recommend these guys.

Too expensive! 3 windows a gutter and some thank you cookies for 6k.

Exceeded my expectations as the installers took great pains to see that I was aware of the placement of fixtures and grab bars. The supervisors were also great in that they scheduled their inspections according to my schedule.

They are very expensive and it too all off 5 months to get the installation completed. They ordered the wrong size and had to come back and measure. They also did not clean up the property

Outstanding company with great professional service

Great workmanship and customer service.

I hired this company because of their ratings. I also was given a good salesman who informed me of "most" of what I can expect for a walk in shower. To do this large job it took two guys all day and they didn't leave until 11:15 at night. Admirable, however after twelve hours plus of this type of work one gets tired. They did not do my ceiling well. When they returned to install the glass doors they took off the bad taping and re-did another skin coat. I was told that the bulging seems would go away after a few days and three coats of bathroom paint (after I sanded). That has not happened. After several attempts to contact the coordinator (after I had taken pictures of the glitch) she finally called me back and told me that they did not specialize in ceilings-just walk-in showers and that they were not going to fix their shotty work on the ceiling. I paid in excess of seventeen thousand. I expected everything to function and appear professional. My attorney has advised me to "chalk it up as a bad experience" as the ceiling fix will cost me only a couple hundred. I did not appreciate this. I am very sorry I chose them vs. one or two of the other companies who provided me with a quote. Lesson learned= Do not use this company.
