Perfectionist, always on time, no short cuts, respectful, superb quality and knowledge of work, cost always in estimate range, little extras, great cleanup, will give honest opinion when asked, short lunch break only, owner constantly checking workers' progress and workmanship, friendly, very personable, any issues rectified without conflict, very versatile in abilities and skills and excellent knowledge of many kinds of repairs, great problem solving, trustworthy, will be using again in the future."

"Victor was very professional and great to deal. He brought samples of the material they use, explained their process, prices and warranty in detail. He returned to discuss additional questions and even did better on the price. While Yankee was not the lowest quote we got, they were competitive and took the time to answer all of our questions and had actual samples of the siding they use. I will update this review when we have the actual work done with pictures. So far we are very comfortable with them."
