I was thinking it is going to be a 2 weeks project (schedule appointment for estimate, and schedule another appointment for work....etc). But April was so extremely helpful. She sent someone over to the house to give an estimate within 2 hours and gave a very reasonable quote. The work was done on the same day as well. Within another few hours, the work was done. The triple pane windows are fabulous because compared to our old two pane faulty windows, not only are they solid and beautiful with no wind blowing through, but also the nearby road noise is greatly reduced.
