Direct, to the point, no BS. I very much enjoyed dealing with him. The quality of their cut into my driveway told me they knew what they were doing. "Showed up promptly at 8:30am, looked at the setup explained some options that we agreed too and he went to work. He began with the dryer, removed the back and began too clean the lint that was everywhere and replaced the back. Next he removed all of the cheap flexible vent that came from Home Depot and began to replace it with solid 6 inch vent pipe taping the joints with Aluminum Tape too prevent leaking and joined the solid pipe together with a heavy duty 6 inch Flexible Aluminum pipe. Finally, he replaced the exterior plastic 3 louvered exhaust with a steel vent that when closed was air tight. Cleaned up everything packed up and on his way"

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."
