I called David (Valley Excavating) on an incredibly rainy afternoon in September, 2025. I explained my problem over the phone. He paid a visit that same afternoon. Within a week, David and crew excavated, installed a system of underground pipes, created avenues for water to flow through the pipes, and positioned the system to guarantee that water accepted into the system flowed downward and away from the problem areas. Plenty of wet weather has taken place since Valley Excavating completed the project. With each bad-weather event since then, my garage and side areas have remained dry. (Knock wood!) Cost was reasonable, especially considering that this had been a thorn in my side for way too long but finally had been resolved."

"They ran interior piping to a sump pit. They had to break up the floor install the piping. Install a sump pump pit so the water was pumped outside. Then recement the trench. This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recommend them. I have had two different crews doing the work and both did an outstanding job."

He began with the dryer, removed the back and began too clean the lint that was everywhere and replaced the back. Next he removed all of the cheap flexible vent that came from Home Depot and began to replace it with solid 6 inch vent pipe taping the joints with Aluminum Tape too prevent leaking and joined the solid pipe together with a heavy duty 6 inch Flexible Aluminum pipe. Finally, he replaced the exterior plastic 3 louvered exhaust with a steel vent that when closed was air tight. Cleaned up everything packed up and on his way"
