While no one could come out until Thursday at the earliest, Ray Page Plumbing called on Monday bright and early and fixed the broken pipe on Tuesday morning. If I was without water they would have come out earlier. Terrific job. Daniel Cetin did excellent work. Explained what had to be done, gave me an estimate, did the work and cleaned up entirely. I would highly recommend this Ray Page Plumbing. Their office staff was fabulous too in scheduling and follow up and they even came out earlier than scheduled and called prior to make sure it was ok.."

"They ran interior piping to a sump pit. They had to break up the floor install the piping. Install a sump pump pit so the water was pumped outside. Then recement the trench. This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recommend them. I have had two different crews doing the work and both did an outstanding job."

"I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason.
