Mainly, they replaced a shower stall I had that had a cracked floor and had leaked into the floor below it (damaging the ceiling). "Tim the owner was excellent with his knowledge of water softeners. I had a system in place when I purchased my house. It was a Mickey Moused setup with a timer that was in the way of the tank replenishment water hose. Tim looked at the system and completely rebuilt it in one day. Brand new timer, brand new resin, and replaced the well pressure tank. Very happy with his work and wife is even happier we don’t have hard water anymore. I also had Tim do work at a rental property I own. It was a Sunday morning and my renters called me up stating the bathroom sink is backing up and slowly draining. I went over thinking it was a blockage in the trap but the trap was clear. This was something deeper in the pipe. I called Tim and he came right over, mind you this was a Sunday morning before church. He snaked the pipe and found a mass of hair and debris surrounding a bobby-pin. I had a tenant two years prior that wore bobby-pins daily. Definitely from her!!!! Tim is very knowledgeable about plumbing and I would not hesitate calling him for help when I’m in a bind. Matter of fact…….if you are reading this Tim, I could have my well water pump changed!!! Give me a call…….."
