"Charged $2,000 (that's right, $2,000!) to install a new sprayer faucet and soap dispenser in Boston. $1,500 went to labor, which took less than 2 hours. I'm sorry, but $750/hr is outrageous. I did pay it because I wanted to expedite solving the problem for the tenants, but I now regret as their dishwasher is not working and I suspect the plumber failed to reconnect everything probably."

With many companies the person who shows up is essentially a salesperson and isn't as knowledgeable about the systems and the intricates of installing them...not so with Ryan. He was able to answer every question and explain why he was answering in a specific way related to the individual peculiarities of our house. The quote was very competitive and they use great equipment and materials. The Office Manager Alex was easy to work with in regards to scheduling and any additional questions. Installation was great and as an added bonus they smelled gas in the crawlspace while installing the lines and quickly replaced a corroded propane line for our hot water heater. You will not find a better partner for all your home cooling and heating needs."
