Arbor Ridge Tree Service

Everything went very well. Over a two day period Rob and his team cut down, chopped up, and hauled away all three trees. They worked very carefully to avoid damaging my house and the neighbor's house. I was worried about damage because the trees were in a tight spot, but in the end everything was fine. They also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Rob arrived on time for both the estimate and the job itself. He and his assistant did a great job of trimming our 40 ft live oak. Hopefully, the tree is now ready for hurricane season. He did a fine job of cleaning up after the job. He impressed the neighbor so much, she had him do a tree on her property while he was here. This is the second time have used Arbor Ridge Tree Service, and I will gladly do so again.

Rob was very responsive in returning my phone call, coming for an estimate as scheduled and arriving on the work day as promised. Although he was short crew that day, his two guys did a great job, trimming the trees to my satisfaction (and more importantly, my wife's), and cleaning up everything behind them. I will definitely use Arbor Ridge again!

It may seem like small stuff, but relative to other experiences it all adds up. First, Rob couldn't make our first estimate appointment due to inclement weather -- and so called to let me know in advance. What a concept! Then he actually shows up on time for the estimate appointment, goes through all the work we want done, and describes exactly how they will go about the work. They show up -- on time again! -- and do exactly the work defined, doing no damage (at least that I've found) to roof or other structure, and leaving no mess behind.

I contacted Arbor Ridge Tree Service to inquiry about having a stump removed. They responded saying they weren't able to do the job but provided a referral to a trusted colleague that had the correct tools to do the job. I contacted the individual and he came out the next day to remove the stump at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Arbor Ridge for a great referral.

From the initial consult and estimate provided by Rob,  to the actual trimming and clean up, Arbor Ridge Tree Service was professional all the way!  I am so pleased with the job performed! The attention to detail was excellent.  It was obvious that skill was involved in choosing the limbs and branches to cut.  They were also very willing to get my input about any specific requests I had.  When all the work was over, I felt it was money very well spent.  I will tell my friends about this company and happily use them again in the future!  Contact Rob Storey at 407-677-8303.

Called them on a Monday, Rob the owner, called back later that evening.  I returned the call the next morning, and they got me on the schedule for the very next day!  They were incredibly responsive and professional and basically that was why they got the job.  The price was right too!  Other companies I called were literally returning my initial call while Arbor Ridge was already here doing the work! 
The scheduled arrival time was a little loose, however, that was no issue for me.  It might be easy to schedule an exact appointment, but I was fine with a 30 minute notice to get home from work.  The plan was the tree cutters would come on day 1, then the stump grinders would come the following day.  They made very quick work!  Half hour to cut down the 4 trees, chip them up, and leave everything spotless.  No extra branches, chips, etc.  They noticed there was narrow clearance on the side of the house for the grinder to get through.  We discussed options and the guys offered up a couple other suggestions to make things work.  They measured the clearance, which made it a no go, and called Rob to discuss alternatives.  Since the stumps were small, I opted for a $100 discount and forewent the grinding.  I really appreciated that they took the time to help figure out options and apologized for not being able to do the work.  Then, Rob called shortly thereafter to make sure the guys did a good job and explained the situation, again offering up other suggestions on how I could address the stumps.  Excellent customer service! Everyone was very professional and courteous!
I have some additional plans for the yard in the future, and there is no question I will be using these guys again!!

Had a tree trimmed down. It was rubbing on the roof and porch screen. Rob and his workers were fast, efficient, and got the job done with no mess leftover. Very satisfied and would use them again.

They showed up early morning as expected. Robert walked us thru all that we had discussed earlier to verify what work was to be done. I think his name was Carlos who did all the cutting. He did fantastic work. I was impressed with the outcome. Everything was hauled away and the grounds were cleaned completely up. I wish I knew the name of the guy who did all the clean up to show my appreciation. It was an all day job. They had to work as the storms started to roll in but got everything done.

Robert was very knowledgeable and friendly.  He was on time and answered his phone and returned my later calls.  His crew were prompt and professional.  They did an excellent job!!  Not too many people and/or companies have this kind of work ethic anymore.  I had 3 different estimates.  Their price came well below another company and rigth at the 3rd one.  I couldn't be happier with the work they did, the treatment I received from him and his crew, and his price.  I have a ton of trees on my property and will only be using them from now on.   Robert came out to give the estimate that same day and the crew was there to do the work within that week.  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company.  They are trustworthy and actually do the job!  Very happy customer!  Thank you!

Service was excellent

We had a wonderful experience with Arbor Ridge Tree Service.  Responded quickly to my inquiry call and came out next day for an estimate.  Even though our job was slightly smaller than what they typically do we were able to come up with a plan we were both happy with.  Super friendly, flexible, and hard working!  Would highly recommend!  Thanks again, everything looks great!

did all and exceeded expectations

Robert at Arbor Ridge removed a tree for me today in the middle of a rainstorm. He and his sidekick are real pros. They took down the tree starting at the top and working down with perfect precision protecting my koi pond with every cut. They are known for their cleanup and were the to form. They are top Mitch and I recommend them without reservation.

We had to be out of town when they arrived to take the tree down, so our daughter-in-law had to handle everything. They were very polite, professional and took the time to answer all her questions so she would feel comfortable with what they were doing. They finished late in the day, so they even sent someone out the next morning to make sure they didn't miss anything in the clean-up and called us to let us know the job was finished. We highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

The company ranks among the very best of the companies I've dealt with in the 19 years I've lived in Central Florida.  The owner, Robert Storey, was very prompt in returning my call for an estimate and was always on time for appointments for both the estimate and the service I requested.  The price was very reasonable, his crew was very courteous and professional, and I am very, very pleased with the results of the tree trimming.  I highly recommend Arbor Ridge for any tree work you need to have done.
