His 3D Drawings helped to show what the interiors would look like as well as exteriors. Very helpful for customers that need a Real Time Visual other than your basic Blueprint drawings that are also included. He responds back to you quickly and updates you with drawings as you move through your project. Very helpful and thinks outside of the box. I would recommend his services if your looking for a more personalized Architect. Cost will vary on size and type of Project. My cost for what I needed is listed in this review."

"Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Any construction can be stressful, but with Liam and his team I was in good hands. I had some upgrades to one bathroom and a tub to shower conversion in the master bathroom. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The demo in the master was completed in a day, and the guys cleared everything after they finished. The tile work was meticulous and just beautiful. I highly recommend Liam Neary Construction."
