They were so courteous and respectful and meticulous in their prep and carpentry work- and we had A LOT of things that needed fixing like rotted windowsills, broken deck stairs, incomplete trim moulding, broken shingles and a crooked garage cupola. They fixed it all! Now my 115 year old house looks so beautiful and I can’t thank Paul and his team enough. They were also so tidy and cleaned up their work areas every afternoon before they left. If you’re considering Olde England Painting just hire them. You will not be disappointed. Last but not least, they were also the most reasonable quote I got and I met with 5 other painters. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"Great work power washing, staining, and leveling our large deck. Melvin came out to give us a decent estimate. Workers worked for 2 days straight on the project and were pleasant and professional. "The project did not go as well as I would have liked, and had I not been home, it would have been done completely wrong. First they removed the old railings and wanted to install the new white railings to the deck before sanding the floor, I had to stop that. The sanding was done by hand and not with a floor sander so it didn't remove all the old paint. Then I chose a color from the chart they supplied and after four attempts to get the color right I had to settle for as color that was closer to the color on my house. Then she the put the railings on they tried to cut corners and not buy a stair railing but use a standard railing which they attempted for a full day to make fit. At that point I called the sales person and told him that was not happy. They did put the correct railing on at the end. Lastly I had a gate put on the stairway and the put it on so it swings into the deck instead of to the railing swinging to the outside. Had I not come home in time, they would have left it that way. To repair it they had to buy additional posts and plugs to repair the hols in the gate. Again I settled fo this. The price was very high, but I thought I was going to get a better end product which I don't think I did. The deck still needs another quote because it was not good coverage with the first coat of the color I had to settle on."

"Gene Came out of July 15th to give us a quote on initially repairing our rear deck, After a detailed quote we decided to hire Target because of the upfront estimate was very well detailed and we did not want to have additional costs/change orders because we were working on a budget.
The job was completed in a timely manner, the building inspector actually completed the carpenters on their work on the inspection, I was really surprised to see that, (we had previous contractors fail other building inspections due to poor craftsmanship).
They also painted our house and stained our decks/porches. Very nice and clean crew, Fabiano was the crew leader and he was here everyday, I felt good having a point of contact.

"Quick turn around, had a steady flow of working staff there as soon as we said go! Was detaildled in the process of what would happen first. Powerwash, a couple days drying, prep, hole filling and caulk, prime, brush coat and then final coat sparyed on. Personally, I took care of some minor repair while they continued to work on the overall house. Competitively priced! Great job."
