Steve and Scotty were great. They came in and got most of the job done in one day. We had a bit of a problem with a bathroom ceiling that needed re-plastering. Once that was done, Steve came right back and finished the job in the bathroom.. Prices were very reasonable.

Steve and his crew did a FANTASTIC job doing a full interior painting of our house. There were areas with writing on the walls, drywall damage, peeling paint and seams. They fixed all of it, advised us on which color options and sheens would look best, and completely transformed the feel of the house. They used very high quality paint. He was very communicative and prices were very fair. Highly recommend Bay State!

The service was discussed to me in detail. If an issue was spotted it was explained to me. Items for example: the outdoor tables, chairs, and outside wall with mold, that was not the deck was done without any additional costs. I would hire again next year.

We were chatting on the site and I sent him pictures of my house three pictures to show him that it was a three-story house and then he said can I call you so we can discuss the job we discuss the price and he said OK and I will bring a helper. He came without a helper he came with a small ladder Complained the whole time he was here and only did 3/4 of the house. I paid him for 425. The total cost of the job was to be 500 because he said he would send one of his helpers to come during the week. He never reached out to me. I reached out to him. He led me along for a week and then finally said I don’t have time for this and I can’t get anybody over there.

Baystate pressure washing came. They are very responsible and did a great job . I would highly recommend them and higher them again.

Good Steve did good job

Steve is an excellent worker on painting and repairing the exterior of our home. He took great care power washing, sanding, priming, and painting the house, deck, and new shutters. He also repaired a few spots, replaced a gutter, and installed flashing on the roof. His communication is great and he really follows through on everything. We couldn't be happier with the improvements and would highly recommend him.

A team of dedicated professionals completed the power washing of the north side of our house and a complex restyling and refinishing of our deck that involved removing the deck railing and staining the deck. We are pleased with the work of Baystate. We simply cannot stop admiring the renovation of our deck and would call on Baystate in the future whenever we have a painting project.
