"We had carbon dioxide detectors going off, called the Fire Dept, our gas plumber, and the Town Gas Inspector. They eventually determined the gas leak was coming from a cracked heat exchanger in the gas furnace, which required a total replacement. I had already called 8 HVAC companies who couldn't help due to heavy no-heat calls. So I called Gault, who was able to order me a replacement which arrived yesterday morning. His employee came and worked all day on Chr Eve installing the new furnace. He stayed into the evening until I had heat. Amazing service. They all went out of their way to help us when we were in a really bad situation."

"They sent a young apprentice to my house on an emergency call. He was there 20 minutes said he fixed the problem. I paid him 550 dollars. The leak problem continued. I called the office and Ada the secretary was so rude. I asked if they guaranteed there work and she said not necessarily. She treated me so poorly. They just care about making money. I wish I had known how bad they are. This is why I am writing the review. When I asked why they sent an apprentice on an emergency call so responded that he was all that was available.
