Steve and Mason are easygoing, prompt, communicative and do a great job. Steve is a busy plumber so if you are lucky to already be a client, you will receive prompt service and especially important emergency services.

From the beginning, Steve was very responsive, and informative. He came to the home to assess the boiler and venting system and immediately got back to us with his recommendations. He carefully explained each of the reasons why he was recommending specific action.
He finished the entire job well within the time we had requested, and did an excellent job. We have been entirely impressed by his knowledge, caring attitude, as well as his professionalism.

I requested Steve check our water heater before we came home from our winter away, and, if necessary, replace. I asked that he keep the cost to under $1500 for the water heater. New water heater, which cost $1250, was installed and working perfectly when we got home.

Very pleasant experience. Steve returned my call within 2 hours and answered several questions I had on availability and pricing. We set up an appointment and he arrived promptly. After looking at the faucet he suggested a minor repair instead of replacing the faucet with one I had previously purchased. I went along with his recommendation and am more than pleased with the entire interaction. I will definitely hire him again.

Water leaking under sink... everything soaking wet.. Steve came in removed everything fixed the leak, put everything back in place!
He is the BEST!! I used him again to put my new faucet in when my granite arrived also.. he took the time to help me pick out a fabulous grohe faucet!!!!!
