They are very good.

The pipes were laid in the 30's and looked like sponges, I am surprised we only had two leaks. They did a fabulous job.

I phoned them Satruday morning during the start of a major snowstorm. They were able to come to my house in less than an hour and promptly fixed the problem. They continue to impress me with their professionalism and fair pricing.

For decades, Panton Plumbing was reliable. They came at a moment's notice, and the cost was within reason. Under new ownership, the business has changed. It is much more expensive, less responsive, and has proved an overall disappointment. Panton installed a valve at a house owned by my husband. The valve began leaking within a year; he called another plumber to fix it. In response to the yes/no question: Because finding a good plumber in a hurry is a difficult thing, I might hire them again. But my husband will not.

I use them all the time. They are very responsive to my timing needs. I find them very reliable and they did an excellent job.

I called at 8 AM on Sunday AM with "an emergency" and had service within an hour. They were wonderful, as usual.

They really impressed us over the years. They just take care of the problem right away. They try to get there as soon as they can and the price is always right. It turned out it wasn't a plumbing problem at all. He came out an helped us figure that out. We thought the pricing was fair. He did a hot water heater about six years ago. Its the kind of company that you totally trust. I've had other plumbers. We had one guy come in and he fixed our sink. We needed somebody right away, he charged us a fortune and the work was not good. They're the best. I will absolutely use them for years to come.

Really nice men, and did a fantastic job.  This is only the second time I've used this company, but I have been completely delighted both times!  Finding a good plumbing/heating contractor has been difficult over the past 10 years for us.  We'll happily continue with Panton forever!

I do not yet know the cost of the service as they have not billed me yet. I will receive a bill after they perform winterizing services.

Our 1971 oil system suddenly began to fail. Panton has been serving our house as well as three other family homes in the area and wasted no time in coming in to discusss situation. We made immediate decision to go first class all around. They had all new installation (as well as other changes) done within one week. All office and working staff highly professional and particularly friendly to work with. In one intricate matter, Panton workmen had to cooperate with an elecrician and a mason in delicate diplomacy that worked like a Swiss watch. Cannot possibly say enough for Panton.

Couldn't have been more pleased. There were some initial issues about when they could come, but they were very upfront and accurate about it. Always showed up on time and completed the work. They actually did more than I expected and worked with me to make sure related framing work was done according to the installation instructions on the shower.
Great work. Highly recommend. Wouldn't work with a different plumber.
