"From the very start ,Dan, the sales representative was extremely helpful in answering the many questions we had regarding the siding of our house. He told us that we may have to wait a few months as they were booked, but if they had an opening they would side the house sooner. True to his word they came as soon as they could. Just two months after our first contact with Beantown, they were ready to side our house. They explained how the process would take place, and it all happened just as they said. The work was done in two days. The workers were extremely professional. On day one of the job I returned home from work and saw that they had removed all the old siding and shingles, and had already started framing the windows. My husband said there were 12 workers present on the second day. I came home from work to see that my entire house was sided. Several neighbors had stopped by to tell me how well they worked. They also commented on the great job. I was completely overjoyed to see my house, absolutely beautiful! Jim, the siding manager, was also fantastic, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. "We give Bel Island Five Stars for our house siding project with Hardy plank siding and Maibac shingles. When Andrei and his crew came to our house, they removed our old painted curling shakes and replaced them with beautiful Cape Cod grey Hardy plank siding on the front of the house, and Maibec shakes on the gables and kitchen entry way, with white Azak trim all around in less than a week. They replaced two windows with Harvey windows as well. The entire crew was respectful and tidy at the end of each day and cleaned up at the end of the job like they were not even there. The best thing was the price. Get three estimates, you will be shocked at Andrei's price. We got 4 prices and the closest to Andrei's was $15,000 more than his quote which he stuck to."

"ASA Construction has done several projects for me. Each time they have gone above and beyond to deliver in their promise. Since I did not know them at first I chose to start small. The first Project they did was remove the bulkhead and build a dog house. After seeing their work I decided to have them do the rest of the projects. They replaced windows, replaced old trim, installed new siding in the front part of the house, built a small azek porch and redid the Deck around the house.
