Incompetent. We've had continual issues with the units and now we know why after hiring a different company to investigate. 1.5 gallons of refrigerant in a 10 gallon system. No obvious leaks, just under-filled from the start. Now less than two years in, with what's supposed to be a closed system, and we're about to get a huge bill for the repairs.

Pierre and his crew recently completed a 6 head and 2 condensor unit for a complete home mini-split conversion from oil heat. The entire process including initial site visit, estimate, MassSave loan application and closure, and installation(1 week) took only 3 weeks! Pierre walked me through all the steps needed for each phase of choosing equipment, room placement, MassSave process, App and Wifi setup. I can't thank Pierre and his crew enough for their meticulous attention to my specific needs and unique home layout. This is the smoothest home project I have been involved with. Highly recommended.

Pierre and his team were great. On time for the walk around and quote and ontime for the install. When I had a concern after install he worked with the manufacturer to find out why the equipment was functioning oddly (manuf defect) and got it resolved quickly. Pierre recently installed a mini split in out summer vacation house in Wareham. He was fast in his response to our requests and did the work on time and in a high quality manner. His installation was much faster and his placement of the units better than the other quote we got. I would highly recommend this company for installation of a mini split heat pump.

Costly job is done, at the end of the day, I was the one getting the thermostat to work with a call to the thermostat company. Although they were helping in finding an issue that I did not know was working

One of the few people to respond quickly, show up, quote me a price, and show up to install. Prices are great. Quality of work is top notch. All the guys who worked on my project were very nice, informative and respectful. They always responded quickly with any questions I had with clear answers. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for future hvac work.

Very professional. Have some complicated wiring to hook up a thermostat. Stayed late to figure it out. Very much appreciate Pierre and his team at F&J Ductless. Will reach out again when on the next HVAC project that arises

This was ductless mini split air conditioning. They were there when they said they would be. Cleaned everything up as they went. Kept me informed as to what they were doing and demonstrated how to use the installed units. Very professional.
