They sent a young apprentice to my house on an emergency call. He was there 20 minutes said he fixed the problem. I paid him 550 dollars. The leak problem continued. I called the office and Ada the secretary was so rude. I asked if they guaranteed there work and she said not necessarily. She treated me so poorly. They just care about making money. I wish I had known how bad they are. This is why I am writing the review. When I asked why they sent an apprentice on an emergency call so responded that he was all that was available. They do not care or respect there customers.

They came to my house for a shower valve repair. The total time with travel was 1 hour and the cost for all the parts on Amazon are under $50 for a Symmons valve repair kit. They charged me $375, OUTRAGEOUS!!!. But the worst was when I called to question the price the owner Cliff was rude and saud "We don't get out of our truck for under $225" Is that absurd or what? Will never use or recommend them.

IF THERE WERE A LOWER GRADE THAN "F" MASTER TECH & CLIFF CERTAINLY DESERVE IT!!! I had water damage in my home that required replacement of the water heater, boiler and other related equipment. Master Tech was to remove and replace all equipment. This is our vacation home, we live in Ca. My ins adjuster had a key to the home, and I allowed Master Tech to go out and inspect the damage and give me a price. Cliff went out to my empty home, I TRUSTED HIM. He came back with a price for the work and told me he needed 50% down and 50% UPON DELIVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. I asked why he wanted full payment BEFORE the work was completed. "Well, you're way out there in California, and I don't know you from Adam!" The Ins Co hadn't settled as of yet, so I told him I'd be in touch. I was not happy with his statement, and worse, his attitude. I notified the adjuster that I was going to find someone else after my conversation with Cliff. Once the claim was settled, Cliff called to ask when he could start working, and of course, I told him I'd found someone else who would do the work, with 50% down and the balance due upon completion of work, rather than 100% BEFORE any work was done. I allowed this man to enter my home, without notifying my property manager to go out and be there. He then lied to me and tried to convince me that what he meant was, "When the equipment was delivered, I'd install it that same day, and that's what I meant" A complete fabrication, not to mention yet another insult! . He was not happy with my decision, asked about an invoice that he'd sent for clearing the water out of the home because it was winter. I had thought it was to be paid once the claim was settled, I asked him to please resend and I'd pay it immediately. What I received was an email with an invoice for work done NOVEMBER 2018, DATED MARCH 19, 2019! I own my own business and we are asked for copies of invoices all the time, and when we pull them from the computer, the date of the transaction NEVER CHANGES!!!! I questioned this and at that point he went off on me and called me a "F**KING MORON," AND CONTINUED CURSING AND YELLING AT ME!!!! Obviously upset that he couldn't save a job he'd already blown by his insults and general nasty attitude. Then he slammed the phone down and that was the end of our "conversation" I most certainly will never even CONSIDER using Master Tech, and especially Cliff for anything in my home ever again

The communication was excellent, as was the expert professional service.

We have never had an issue of any kind.
