"Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."

John the owner was very responsive, and the irrigation well has been a good investment making watering our green lawn pay for the well in just a couple years since town water is also expensive. Drilling for water around here is tricky, and we have had to figure out how to manage our well water usage. Well Water Connection has been a solid partner in maintaining our irrigation well."

I needed to replace the HVAC dampers and the communication with Peter was excellent and we had all questions answered ahead of time so we didnt have any last minute surprises. They showed up on time and installed the dampers and the HVAC control panel. Very thorough and clean with their work. I've already recommended them to my neighbors."

Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. "Veglia Remodeling was wonderful to work with. Jeff gave me an estimate for the labor/work on my bathroom remodel. He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
