He's also experienced and knowledgeable, and gave some important advice on keeping my pellet stove and exhaust system clean and running. (I have a built-in 25' firebrick chimney flue that I use with the stove, and the flue liner was NOT being cleared by the stove company's annual service, though I hadn't realized this.) After a 2-1/2 hour cleaning, the stove runs like new now, and burns the fuel cleanly again! I'm probably just going to maintain the stove myself now as needed, and have Avery's Chimney Service clean my exhaust and flue system annually.
