"Loved the entire process. Sanfer and his crew were professional, quick, did excellent work and clean! Even when we hit a few snags, he was able to think quickly and give different options in order to continue. He was great about helping with my 'vision' which I greatly appreciated. Also gave excellent advice and showed pictures of what he recommended without pushing any product or design on us. This was our first renovation, so we did not think of all the tiny details that really finish a bathroom but he was there helping us along the way. Our finished basement had a powder room with a washer/dryer unit located in it. We moved those appliances out to make space for a full shower. D&S did all the plumping, tiling and electrical work and we love the finished product. We get many compliments on the work and this has become our favorite bathroom."

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"Very happy with the basement. Work actually started 2-3 weeks earlier than expected. We were told the job would last about 4-5 weeks. Basement work was completed in about 4 weeks. Very professional. No worries about whether the plumber or electrician would be available. We discussed small changes to the layout (e.g., where the sink in the bathroom would be located) and everyone was very accommodating."

"Signed contract on May 8 for deck build.On May 12 rep came to my office to collect deposit of apprx $13,000. He said project team meeting on Wed & would update me then on start date etc. On Fri May 16 I had to reach out to him. He wrote the team had met & materials were ordered. An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."
