We are a full-time shop servicing clients, whatever the size of the project, all year round. We build irrigation systems that conserve water and automate the process of caring for lawns. Very little needs to be done on the part of our clients to achieve a healthy landscape. We coordinate with the town, take all necessary measurements and arrange for a licensed plumber to complete the hookup with your plumbing system. Our state of the art equipment allows us to be efficient and available at all times. It also allows us to spend more time getting to know the needs of each particular lawn and customize the system accordingly.

We currently employ 4 technicians. Our office is staffed by family members. We use subcontractors for services we are not licensed to provide. We charge by the hour for service work and offer quotes for larger jobs. We do charge travel one way..

"We originally hired MacLellan Plumbing and Heating to replace the main pipe in our cellar. We were so pleased with how everything went, that we hired them again to replace our heating systems in our 2 family home. Marty explained our options and answered all of our many questions. Marty, Joe and their office staff were amazing. They installed two combination boiler and water heater systems in our home. Both Marty and Joe were very friendly, polite and always prompt. My sister and I always felt safe while they were there. From the moment they started everything they needed was set up, organized and ready to go. Each night our cellar was left neat and tidy. When the installs were complete, you would not have even known that we had work done. The installs went seamlessly and within the stated time frame. Everything went so well that we will be hiring them again to move our laundry to the first floor. Before they left we asked if they had time to check our stove to make sure it was working properly and to check our garbage disposal that was jammed. The disposal could not be fixed, so I asked if they could replace it when they come back to move our laundry. Marty said “No, I have a new one in the van and I can install it before we go.” Amazing."

After pulling what I could salvage I finally hired someone else to haul away the last 20% - anything to get it out of my driveway. When I told them it wasn’t great looking wood Riley responded that it was “good wood for burning”, and he couldn’t help me “if I was buying for the ambience”. Called Kathy and complained about wood quality - was told they would send me a $100 refund (spent $315 on wood, plus $30 to another guy haul it away). I would never buy wood from them again. If they’d rip me off on firewood, I’d hesitate to trust them for anything else."

  • Rainwater collection and irrigation uses nature’s precipitation to water your lawn. This option might not be available in every area since semi-reliable rainfall is needed, though the barrels for this system can range from 15 gallons to 10,000 gallons or more.

Even though having a lawn irrigation system to water your lawn is efficient, you do not want to run it daily. It’s best to run your system two to three times a week.
