"The individual writing this review was completely unaware that her parents had called and contracted us for their snow plowing service at their residence. We don't just randomnly sign people up for snow plowing services and start plowing their driveways. Rather than have a polite, and civil conversation the daughter called yelling and swearing at us. My office manager informed me of the issue and said she had never dealt with a customer so rude and disrespectful in her entire customer service career. I (the owner) being in an office over, could hear the yelling coming through the phone. I thought my manager was composed and respectful, and I apologized to her that she had to experience that. I called the daughter of the customer that hired us. I provided a return call and informed her that her parents had contacted us. Her parents had hired us in the past and their daughters email and phone were used as the account information. I had no way of knowing whose number was who. I just took down the information that they provided me with. How else would I have their info? That was what was on the account file. Therefore, the invoice that was emailed was sent to the daughter (lives at a different residence) and not her parents (who hired us and whose house received the service.) The phone number we called and left a message on prior to the storm was also the daughter's, not her parents who hired us. It was a simple conversation and a very simple issue to fix the contact information. For someone to call us and behave in the manner in which they did and then come on here and leave a negative review is so incredibly dissapointing, retaliatory and simply not accurate. I try not to pass judgement because I never know what people are going through in their lives, but I hope they find peace."

"Customer requested mowing service. We provided them a weekly mowing rate of $50. They had requested bi-weekly mowing. In our contract we are explicit with our terms that we do not recommend bi-weekly mowing during the early spring months. Our bi-weekly customers sign a contract acknowledging that in cases where the grass is very long and requires a double or triple cut they would be subject to labor rates of $59 per man hour and $15 per yard for disposal. We track our vehicles and employees. Our 3 man crew was on site for one hour which equals 3 man hours, not 3 men for 3 hours. If that was the case the fee would have been much more. The customer claims she was home and it took 2 men 15 minutes. (That is 100% absolutely false). ****Here are the facts.... The customers lot is 21,336 square feet. That is a very large property.***** The customer is trying to make the claim that two men can mow, weedwack, and blow down a property that size in 15 minutes! What!?!?! Secondly, it was in the middle of May. A very wet, and cool May. The lawn also had not been cut in 14 days. Think about that..... 2 men 15 minutes? Or 3 men 1 hour? Which seems more accurate? In order for us to pay three men for one hour, cover overhead costs, as well as disposal fees our employees would have to be paid $8 an hour for us to charge $50. Do the math, you can see how absolutely absurd this customers expectations were and how ridiculous her claims are. It is unfortunate people like this can try to tarnish someone's reputation because they are angry. Read our reviews, check out our ratings, and god bless the next company they hire."
