The company never called me. When I called them, they said they were no longer honoring this deal. They blamed Angie's List for this and Angie's List refunded the deal.

Once again this year Naturescape out performed our wildest expectations. In just two days, Bob & his crew removed the old worn, uneven cobblestones, leveled the entire path, designed and installed the pavers and to our delight added two granite steps which only added to the amazing finished product. The Farmer's porch landing is now level, clean, most importantly adds the curb appeal we were looking for. Once again, we could not be happier with the job Naturescape performed at our home. We highly recommend this Company!

It is now 2 years later and the issue has not been resolved. We have contacted Bob on multiple occasions through email, texts and facebook comments and he has been completely unresponsive. We have been way more patient on this issue than most people would be. At this point, we think our only option is to pay another contractor to fix the issue. We feel like future customers should be aware that while the finished product will likely be spectacular, any repairs or warranty issues will not be handled with the same level of attentiveness that you deserve.

He communicated well from the first moment I reached out to him, and we love the final product. We would definitely recommend his services.

Bob was awesome to work with. He came by and talked about what we were thinking. We didn't feel rushed, and he really understood what we meant, made some suggestions and sent us a quote within a short time frame. After working with a bunch of people on other projects, it stuck out to us that he got quotes to us really fast...he was easy to get in touch with any time of day, and genuinely excited about making our space look awesome. And then he did! Bob really delivered on his promise to make it look nice. We have gotten non-stop compliments on our walkway, and we will be sitting out on our new patio for the Patriots game this weekend with the outdoor TV on and the fire going. We feel like with Bob's help we just increased our square footage of living space by having a real nice place to hang outside. I would and constantly do, highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for this type of work. The quality and attention to detail really shows. When I compare this to the same work that I got done at a previous house, it is above and beyond what I've ever seen. Thanks Bob!

I got Bob's quote within 2 hours after I wrote him an email about a backyard basketball court. He came visit the site, explained how the work will proceed, what to expect during and after the work. From the get-go, Bob showed he is willing to work with our budget/timeframe/vision, while at the same time, providing necessary professional advice. Bob and his crew completed the court (concrete pad + Versacourtm + hoop) in 4 days. We ended up putting sod around the court a week later, and the overall project looks fantastic, my kids love it. Bob is very easy to work with, and is very clear up front about what is in scope of project and what is not, so when the crew discovered way more hidden stumps and roots in our backyard than expected, we understood the cost increase. Bob also care about the quality of his work. We were about to be away after the sod being installed, so on the day we're leaving, he came very early in the morning to install a simple irrigation to water the sod. Few days later, he asked us to send him picture of the sod, so he can be sure that our new lawn is doing all right. During and after the project, he is equally responsive on every question, and quick to address any concern. We appreciate his exceptional customer service.

Bob and his team were great. Met twice before the work to go over our ideas on what we wanted. He offered better suggestions on court placement. Our original location would flood during heavy rain and would be lots of work to make usable for a court. Decided on a drier location in our backyard which actually works better and gives more privacy. Texting was a great way to communicate, we never felt ignored even though Bob was busy with other jobs. After we gave the OK to proceed he put us on the schedule and ordered the court and hoop. We decided on a green, grey and white color scheme (Celtics like colors) and a 72" Goalsetter in-ground hoop. The backboard and pole setup is sturdy as **** and the ball makes a nice thud off the backboard. The job took three days to complete. Day one was setup and prep for the concrete slab. Day two was pouring the slab and installing the hoop. Day three was installing the court tiles and the finishing landscaping. All work was done clean, efficient, and timely. My wife and I are very pleased with the completed project and the kids love the court. Our neighbors and friends are also impressed with the work. We will definitely be hiring Bob again to do a patio and fire pit by the court.

After a couple of years spending thousands renting beach cottages for two weeks during the summer, it became clear that it was time to make some changes. It started with a vision of a resort, right in our backyard. We wanted to create a dream getaway here at home, but, it had to be a seamless extension right out our backdoor. We scoured the Internet and researched many hardscape contractors. After searching for that perfect fit, someone willing to work hand in hand with us to achieve our dream, we contacted Naturescape. On a cold day last December, we met and hired Bob Whyte, owner of Naturescape. His portfolio was exceptional, but it was Bob's enthusiasm and genuine willingness to listen that closed the deal. We signed the contract a few days later. Together we were going to create paradise, 3 steps down from our own backdoor. A new deck, a 40' pool, a pool house and a fire pit. There were 15 subcontractors on this job and Bob was involved with each and every one of them, to insure every facet of the job was done to his specifications. For this all to blend together without different levels, it was imperative, that the elevation of the pool, patio, pool house and deck were at the perfect elevation. Bob and his crew (besides all the prep work on site) were to lay 1700 square feet of UNILOCK Pavers, handle the trenches for the gas line and the placement of the fire-pit. In addition there would be a paver circle "cut" into the pavers surrounding the fire-pit area. It was also agreed that he and his crew would landscape. By April, our project was well underway and the vision coming together. Right about mid-May, we decided to add an additional 1550 square feet of pavers. With most contractors, this could have delayed the job indefinitely, but Bob agreed the extension of pavers would be amazing. It would take time, but it would certainly give us the entertainment/dining extension we wanted. With his recommendations and about 1000 texts during construction, he helped us achieve our dream. The elegant addition of sod, mulch and plantings around the pavers, by Bob and his hardworking, respectful and professional crew was like adding a frame to a beautiful painting. What was achieved was a breathtaking outdoor living space in which our family will enjoy for years to come. Thank you Naturescape, you took our dream and made it a reality!

We had a retaining wall in terrible shape. Bob was responsive when I called and went to work shortly thereafter. The new wall is amazing as are the walkways.  He was extremely helpful in designing how it would look and recommending the hardscape. He and his associated worked so hard, six days a week. He always responded to my questions and the price was very fair for all the work they. If you look on his website, you'll see the dramatic difference his work made to our house. We would highly recommend him for any landscaping work.

This company exceeded all my expectations. The walkway came out perfect and the lawn is like a carpet.

I called for an emergency leak in my over flow piping.  Mr. Whyte answered his phone, listened patiently to my description of the problem and promptly told me there was nothing to be done right now except to shut off the water.  He was talking to a completely clueless person (we didn't even know we were supposed to winterize our system...).
He talked me through shutting off the water supply in the basement ~ without missing a beat.  No hesitation, no hmmm, I'm not going to earn a dime for this advice...just purely wanting to help.
We won't know if there is a real problem until the spring.  Mr. Whyte advised me how to determine if indeed there IS a problem in the spring ~ if there is I will call him to come repair.  I won't have to search around for someone I hope I can trust because i already feel like I found him.

Was professional and excellent service from start to finish. Bob's team is timely, well informed and Bob has an artists touch. Great crew - the best crew I have worked with yet and I am in the middle of a 2 year renovation. Highly, highly recommended!

Let me start by saying Bob and his team are top notch.   We talked to a number of patio contractors and after talking with Bob, there was no question who we were going to go with.   His communication throughout the project was fantastic and work was impeccable.   We couldn't be happier with the end results.   Bob has been doing this for a long time and also offered some great ideas for other projects we were planning.   I would highly recommend Naturescape to anyone looking for a patio or other landscaping work.

Bob and his crew were very professional.  We really have no complaints.  They prepped the site properly and meticulously installed the pavers.  The driveway is beautiful.  I would not hesitate to recommend Bob to anyone.

In sort:  Bob did a fantastic job at a great price.  He truly went above and beyond our expectations.  I would not hesitate recommending his services to a friend.
Longer:  Bob was hired to demo an in ground pool at my Mom's house.  Why did we choose Bob?  He responded quickly to my calls, was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, quickly provided us a written estimate, and boy oh boy, the price was right.  Thousands less than the other estimates we received.
This was a very emotional project for my Mom.  The pool brings back a lot of memories.  And getting rid of it is no small job!  She did not sleep the night before the work was to start.  Full of nerves.  But once Bob and crew arrived she calmed down a lot.  Confident that she was in good hands.  Everything was done pretty quickly.  With most of the work occurring over the course of three days.  Bob had good suggestions about how to preserve portions of the patio and flagstone.  Our original estimate did not factor in the cost of removing the pool filter and enclosure.  But Bob took care of it at no extra cost.  I was not around to see the crew working on the pool.  But Bob sent me pictures.  And I saw the end result.  He truly did a fantastic job.
I know this all may come across as a little too gushing.  But my Mom and I really are extremely pleased.  Was there anything that could have been done better?  Sure.  There was some miscommunication here and there with regards to scheduling.  But it wasn't a big deal fur us.  Honestly, if we paid twice as much for this job, we'd still be happy.  Do not hesitate to hire Bob for your next job!
