"I had hired John in the past and all went well. The bathroom was a different story. My grout crumbled and washed away and when john and crew came back, it was reinstalled and is now a mess. The wallpaper that was also installed is peeling(only 8 mos. old) and the trim paint is a mess and has to be sanded and repainted as it had particles in it. Overall it is a mess for what we paid. I wouldn't recommend."
