Bob does excellent carpentry and finish work and is an extremely hard worker. He has also done wood gutter repair, cleaning and sealing, hung exterior doors and installed exterior wood railings for us. The various projects have involved a significant amount of high exterior painting. He has a wide range of skills and excellent problem-solving ability. Elmer and his crew transformed the look of my large front yard, and they were flexible in accommodating changes in the scope of the project, offering good suggestions for improvements. I'm very happy with their work and would not hesitate to hire them for other work. I also think Elmer provided fair value for the cost."

I had originally wanted to just get a quote for budgeting purposes but decided to accept his quote to do the garden install in the fall. He was very conscientious about early frost and had made a visit to apply some spray to reduce the impact of frost in late fall. He then made a trip up in the spring to check on the status of our plants to see if any plants needed to be replaced. I also had a problem with ferns growing out of control. Rich installed a barrier to keep the ferns within the area we wanted it to stay. All in all, I am very happy with what he has done and expect to use his services more in the future."

"Before installing a mini-split, the sales person told me that I'd need to cut down an interior shelf to a specific height. I paid a handyman $400 to do exactly what the sales person instructed. Later on, N.E.T.R. came and did the installation; however, AFTER the installation, a technician told me that they hadn't accounted for the vent opening and closing and that the shelf would need to be further cut down. As you can imagine, this type of service is rather ridiculous. If they knew that the shelf would need further cutting, they should have NOT installed the unit. I have called N.E.T.R. six (6) times in three weeks, and no one has called me back about this issue. After paying for the unit and for a handyman, it's ridiculous that I have AC that is compromised because no one with the company thought to properly measure the space so that the work by the handyman could be done once. At this point, I'd like for N.E.T.R. to take care of this for me."
