"Anthony and his colleague were excellent. The removed stacked washer dryer from second floor and installed (stacked) new set - bring units up 2 flights of stairs. They were quick, professional and very helpful. Even came back two days later to answer stupid question I had and showed me how to use machines. Highly recommend - nice guys and great service!"

KAM Appliances is a family-owned discount appliance store based in Cape Cod, MA. Since 1977, KAM Appliances has served customers in Cape Cod, Boston, Worcester, Plymouth, Framingham, Hyannis, Hanover, Nantucket, Fall River and Wareham with low prices on appliance products and top notch customer service.

"It did not go well. I live in Virginia and II ordered a dishwasher for my elderly mom back in March. It was delivered on Saturday May 8 and the old one was disconnected and outside on her patio to be picked up by them. They delivered new one but did not pick up the old one. I called within a half hour of them leaving and was told it would be picked up Monday. That did not happen so I called again on Tuesday and was told someone would call me back. That didn’t happen so I called again and was told it would be picked up. It wasn’t so I called again on Friday and was told it would be picked up today. It is still in her yard. Awful customer service and I will make sure she and the rest of my Cape Cod family does not give them business."
