The price I pay is all wrapped into my car so I guess it is okay. You pay for it in one way or another. To get an A overall they could care more. I don't think any of the dealerships care so much, they really don't. We don't understand cars, they do, there is a big gap in the understanding of cars, so I just think they take advantage because they can.
Every time it mattered, in cases of collision repair, or major services, Steve was always able to tell me which services and repairs are actually needed, and which I can push off. Steve never once pushed an unnecessary service or part, and always made sure I was happy with my car and with the service. Almost every time he calls me after a few days to make sure everything is working well, and that I am happy with the work.
I've gone through 3 cars with Steve, and all of them performed flawlessly after being exclusively services at Clay, and every time it was time to trade, I always got unbelievable value for them, as they were in such exceptional condition.
