Laura was absolutely amazing! She was the most thorough sales woman I have met. She was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of the vehicles we were interested in. Definitely not pushy or overbearing!

We found that our mirror had fallen off and brought it to Lundgren Honda! Unfortunately they didnt have the replacement part in stock. They gave us a Brand NEW 2013 CR-V to use until the part is in. Very Courteous staff, and a great waiting area.

Auburn is about 1.5 hours from where I live, so it was a bit of a hassle driving there and back (which I had to do two or three times over the course of the purchase). I put a deposit on the car when I test drove it, and at that point, the salesman recommended signing all the papers then, so they could deliver the car to their sister dealership closer to where I live. That sounded fine, and would save me a trip. However, they didn't have the title in hand for the car I purchased. ( I didn't even think to ask this - how could a large dealership sign paper selling a car they didn't actually own yet?). Thus began 7 long weeks of calling the salesman 2-3 times per week to see if the title had arrive yet. The only reason I stuck it out was that I had put a deposit on the car, and they didn't seem interested in giving me the deposit back. Two weeks into the ordeal, I told them I could wait much longer, since I had planned to switch the registration on my old car to this one, and had since gotten rid of the old car (I did this when they told me the title would in their hands the week after I put the deposit down). They did provide me with a rental car for the next 5 weeks, but it was a royal pain in the neck. They kept telling me that next week they should have the title, and that they didn't know what was taking so long. In the end, I was told that the title was sitting on someone's desk at Toyota Motor Corp (previous leinholder) at some headquarters somewhere, but who knows. In the end, I got the car, they delivered, as promised and the price seemed fair, but it was a ridiculous hassle in the meantime. After the first two weeks, I wished they had just scrapped the deal and cut me loose. I can't imagine they made much money off the sale, and they lost a customer in the meantime.

The dealership was busy. First it took a while to get a salesman to talk to then we waited about 15 minutes for a set of plates to be put on the car. We decided the car was not what we were looking for. We had purchased two previous cars from them and had overall good experiences. Although the salesman was nice it seemed as if they didn't have enough staff to deal with the customer volume.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and made the car shopping experience almost pleasant. We were in the market for a used car in the $10K range, so the options were relatively limited. It's a shame that they didn't have a suitable vehicle for our needs in our price range, because my wife and I would have done business with Lundgren in a heartbeat. We will definitely consider them the next time we're shopping for a car.

Auto Body Work
I spilled milk in car and was told by Lundgren Honda bodyshop that they had dealt with this type of problem before and that they could remove it, etc. They had car for 4.5 weeks and when I got it back it still smelled like rotten milk, and they had broken several things (face of radio, cover on gear shift, plastic cover on radio display, driver seat mechanism for moving seat did not move smoothly and buckled when trying to move it back or forward, lost floor mats) and never mentioned any of it to me when I picked up the car. I met with Patrick Lundgren who was very nice and told me that he would personally oversee the repairs being done correctly. I put it back in and they kept it for another 6 weeks...during this time they managed to break the clip on the visor (when they replaced the headliner) and AGAIN never said anything. I took the car elsewhere to have the visor replaced, but am still dealing with a faint milk smell. They said they replaced the carpet, upholstery, headliner...if they did then my car should smell like a brand new car - IT DOES NOT!

Ever since I took my Honda Civic in to Lundgren 4 or 5 years ago, I have made it the one and only place that I would take my car (now belongs to my girlfriend) and they have ALWAYS done a good, and thorough job. I've never had any problems with them and they have a new, very nice, facility. They performed major work and finished within 2 or 3 days, the car has come back running great, and out of 4 other Honda dealerships, this one has been the most reliable and has done the best work.

Bought my car from a very nice salesman, no problem there. But I requested a remote starter be installed as that is very important to me. The remote starter is not a quality starter and not dependable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I called Lundgren and also went there requesting they remove the starter and refund my money. The gentleman who sold me the car was very understanding but could not do anything. I spoke to Al who was less then helpful and suggested I come in so they could instruct me on the use of the starter. This is the third remote starter I have owned and by far the worst. Some mornings it works and some mornings it doesn't . Further, it is difficult to get into the car once the remote engages and starts the car. So, at 70 years old I am getting into a cold car often. Further, where I work there is a large parking lot and in the evening when I get out of work, if I am lucky enough for the starter to work the car door does not open quickly so I am in the dark alone and cannot get into my car. Very scary! So I have stopped using the starter at night all together. To say I am unhappy is putting it mildly. I am cold and I am at times frightened because this starter does not even begin to work as well as the others I have owned.I have not contacted Lundgren again as it is seems to be futile. Eventually, when I have the money I will go somewhere and have the starter removed and have a dependable starter installed.

My daughter just purchased a used Honda Accord from Lundgren Honda. She just graduated from college so a combination of price and good clean reliable car was her goal. We had shopped around for a while so we new what to expect from her price range. Lundgren just beat all of the others hands down. The sales staff was helpful far beyond that of the other dealers. I was there to help my daughter with the paperwork but they helped her understand the process in every way. Neal Latino, the sales person and all of the people handling the piles of state mandated paperwork were a pleasure to deal with. The biggest surprise was that before we left they actually filled up the gas tank. FULL! Neal gassed it up so much that it uncovered a small leak in the top of the tank. They told her to drive off the full tank and schedule an appointment for them to fix the problem once the tank was less full. The service was completed at no charge and the entire time the work was done she was given a free courtesy loaner to drive.Lundgrem will be our first stop for cars in the future, the combination of courtesy, price, excellent service department and the warranty on used cars that exceeds that required by Mass. law is an unbeatable combination.

I fried out the fuse panel in my Honda by screwing around with it. I couldn't diagnose the problem at the time, and all kinds of bells and whistles went off in my car. Since it was my only car, I couldn't wait at the time for an appointment. Lundgren got me in that day. They diagnosed that it was only the fuse panel I had fried, and had a replacement overnighted and installed the next day. They were friendly, gave me a ride home and picked me up, gave me their own personal cell phone number and let me talk directly to the technician. All made me very happy. My only complaint: the bill. $900. A fuse box assembly costs $200. Probably costs them less. So that's at least $700 service for less than 3 hours work. In summary, they get the job done well and treat you professionally, but it's gonna cost you.

I spent $800 for that job. They are the best place in the universe to go to with a Honda. Their service is great and I hate to leave them, but I am going to Las Vegas. The sales person, in particular Wef Schofield is honest, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. There is no pressure; they are like your best friend who is trying to do the best for you. Their sales and service is just great. I went for a tune-up because I am driving cross-country next week. I told them that if I was buying another Honda, I will fly out and buying a car from them and driving west. I would definitely use them again if I am in town again.

The other shop was great. I saved $1000.00 on the work and they gave an honest opinion about what needed done now and what could wait. Oh, and Lundgren tried to charge an extra $30.00 for looking at the breaks which I had not agreed to. They removed the charge without argument to their credit.

I purchased a used "platinum certified' 2001 Honda S2000 from Lundgren Honda in May (I believe) of 2005. I did not have the traditional pre-purchase inspection done as I usually do, which was my mistake. I was comfortable with Lundgren's reputation as a car dealership. A few months later, when my mechanic performed his first service of this vehicle, he discovered that the S2000 had been in a prior accident and had not been repaired correctly(damage was still present on the undercarriage, mismatched and poor blending of paint). Upon reporting this to Lundgren, I was given an appointment to with Peter Lundgren directly that week. He was apologetic and offered to find me an equivalent vehicle replacement, which I accepted. When he was unable to do this after several months, he asked if I was willing to trade the S2000 in on any other model. It was early 2006 by this point, and my interest was in the new Honda Civic SI, that had recently hit the streets and was in high demand. Lundgren located a Civic SI of my color choice within a few weeks, and in March of 2006 I traded in the S2000 for its full purchase price against a new Civic SI at MSRP (most dealerships were selling the SI for over MSRP at this point in time), a difference of only a few hundred dollars. I had driven the S2000 for approximately 10 months and 17,000 miles (from ~42k to ~59k) by the time it was traded in. This effectively was free use of the S2000 aside from maintenance and gas, and then getting a new Civic SI of my choosing at a time when they were difficult to find. I could not have asked for better treatment by Lundgren Honda in my situation. The dealership was accountable for a mistake, and their method of dealing with it benefited the customer. I have and will continue to recommend Lundgren Honda to anyone considering a new Honda purchase, or used car purchase. Their service department is also great, with loaner cars available and a nice waiting area for those who choose to stay at the dealership during service. They quickly dealt with the only mechanical issue that I have had with the Civic to date, and provided a loaner car while it was in their shop. I am still driving the Civic, but when I am in the market for a different Honda, I know where I will be going.

The sales and service is outstanding so I’ll do both at Lundgren. The price is always reasonable. Every visit is as good as the others. I will only use them in the future.
