"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. "This is the 2nd clbk to Ralph for the same issue, to clear the clogged pipe that was backing up into the toilet, he came, tried snaking and when that didn't work he had to leave to rent a piece of equipment in order to clean out the waste pipe as he obviously does not have proper eq. when I called to check how it was going as this is a rental property, he said it was all set, then he realized that now the sink lines was backing up, so the clog was not resolved. I asks him to call me before he left & follow up, when I checked on the status he said it was resolved, but he had to leave to pick up his son & left the waste he cleaned out on a piece of plastic under the waste pipe in the bsmt. Asked when he was coming back to clean up, he replied he doesn't know, and was annoyed that I expected him to clean up after he finished the job! I would Never Hire Seaside Plumbing Heating and Cooling out of Fairhaven, unless you want to keep calling him back to fix the same issue and leave a mess!"

"Started April 2024 started first floor framing July 2025 worked for 2 days and left with big hole in the attic and leaking basement when it rains cause the gutter was taken off. Lies constantly and swears on his kids that he will be there but never shows up or calls back for a few weeks at a time His poor kids. Grabs your first payment to pay for other jobs.
