"I hired Bob Phalan for repairs and renovation of a rental unit in Dorchester that had wear and tear from multiple tenants. Bob worked on replacing exterior clapboards, renovating the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting all walls and trim throughout the unit. He also plastered damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a good problem solver and can suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. I would definitely hire him again."

"Tom Cromer and his crew replaced a damaged wooden window with a new, vinyl window. They also performed some general carpentry, like planing a door that was scraping the floor, and they repaired some siding that had been displaced by an ice dam during the winter. They did an excellent job, were friendly, and cleaned up everything afterwards. They completed the job in a day and a half. This is the third time we've hired Cromer Remodeling, so you know we've been satisfied with their work."

Working with these professionals was EXCEPTIONAL at the very least. My “punch list” included repairing/purchasing/replacing new doors, hanging a bannister, replacing a baluster, measuring and ordering an outdoor screen….hanging a light, plastering-painting and the hanging curtain rods, assistance with restoring bar stools …. Within days I was emailed a detailed quote on each project! Todd and Dave were punctual, professional, kind, tidy and just really nice people! Todd found little extra ways to make the home safer- adding an extra bracket to two bannisters that were not as secure as they could be/ nailing a loose piece of wood on stairway….the kicker was Todd searched and searched for the right window turn handles- and HE FOUND THEM!!!! "I originally hired Services & More to cut my grass. But...one thing led to another. As I also had an issue with one one my windows. The trim was rotted and water was getting into the wall causing damage, along with that, we desperately needed to replace our shingles. My husband and I wanted vinyl siding done. Adam, was very helpful with the whole process. Before I knew it everything we needed done had gotten done, and then some. What I liked most about this company was he never pushed or tried to sell us on any services. We just happened to ask. Once again, Adam took care of what we wanted to do and more, because we asked, including our garden beds. When they did the siding, they replaced ply wood in the areas that needed it, and also repaired the foundation, in certain spots. Adam also did the interior of our wall, where that window was.
