No follow up showed total lack of interest

They do good work but they are rushed and missed some little things some nail holes in the floor and a few spots with final coat of poly. They work hard and fast on what is a very difficult job. that is why I gave them 4 stars.

Tom and his excellent professional crew were fantastic; each and every one of the people who worked installing my floors. They were friendly, perfectionists and left my house beautifully clean. I'm so glad I chose Tom Vo and his team.

Dmitry was prompt and responsive, and gave me a competitive quote. He had experience overseeing projects with pre-finished hardwood installations (also involving prefinished stair treads) which was essential to me, to avoid dust and inconvenience caused by a traditional sand-and-finish approach. The end result was fantastic, looks just as good! His team was very professional and Juan, the lead carpenter was very skilled at making sure the stairs were replaced seamlessly. I like the attention to detail overall and the way the project was completed on time to my satisfaction. I will definitely use this business again for my flooring requirements!

Adorably priced and nice work.

Zero communication throughout the project...came a day late and never told us when they would return they just showed up randomly. Workers unable to communicate in English and management didn't return text.

Dimitry was prompt and responsive, which are key attributes when one is overseeing a home renovation. He was able to accommodate our shifting construction schedule and his workmanship was outstanding. I highly recommend his services.

Dmitry was very easy to work with. His team's attention to detail was like my own. They were totally courteous, efficient, and finished the entire somewhat large project in a single day. Loved the entire service that Masterpiece provided! Manh and his team did an amazing job- they are very professional and friendly! They strictly observed guidelines for Covid as well- had their masks on the entire time and practiced social distancing with us. Our family loved the new floor and it is absolutely beautiful! John and his crew were so professional. They came every day until the job was completed and each and every day they cleaned up the area. We have never had anyone that we have hired take such care to leave our home pristine when they left. We had gotten four different estimates and Masterpiece Flooring had the best price. We would highly recommend this company. Our hardwood floors are over 70 years old and they made them look brand new. We couldn't be more pleased.
