"Drew is meticulous with his craft. The tile in our bathroom shower was laid out with amazing precision, spacing the tile cuts perfectly symmetrical around the drain. He installed a double wide shower niche that coordinated with our floor tile. The wall tiles were cut and applied perfectly. We originally contracted to just replace our walk-in shower but were surprised that the old shower installation was done improperly and had caused severe water damage to the plywood subfloor that extended beyond the shower to the floor. We then contracted with him to replace the floor. The floor was installed with radiant heat wiring below and came out beautifully. "I hired US ProPaint and Renovation after meeting JR, discussing my project, and receiving what I thought was a fair and thorough proposal describing the work to be completed in 2 bathrooms. The team that worked in my home was professional, and they arrived on time each day. They were very careful to clean up after themselves each day. JR and his team also made sure, for each key piece of the project, that products were installed as I wanted them and that I was pleased with their progress. The team removed a vanity and granite countertops, installed a new bathroom vanity, installed LVT flooring in 2 bathrooms with transitions to meet the existing wood floors, installed new toilets, and then painted ceilings, doors, trim, and walls.
