When I described to him that another septic company had told me my tank was leaking, he gave me a great explanation of how the system worked, what to look for and what to do and not do. Harry spent a good amount of time on the phone with me answering my questions even though he doesn't service my town and doesn't do tank replacements. He also gave me a referral to another provider that does service my area and would give me an honest opinion as to whether any work needed to be done. If Holliston Sewer Service did service my town, I would absolutely use them and work with Harry. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and honesty even though he couldn't service my area or do this type of work."
