"I switched to Septic Services after a friend told me about them. Incredibly prompt service! I had an issue with my tight tank alarm, reported it to the company I used to use, never got a call back. I am not going to waste my time calling them back and reminding them of something that needs immediate attention. "Really nice job done! Rick had explained everything it may had potentially problem for the dishwasher (to me it is just cosmetic problem), and you would think he is really completist. He is also offer life warranty for the installation. I am very pleased how efficient he had done his job. He also helped to fix my in-sink erator and recycled my old dishwasher and refrigerator. I would have him for other appliance project in the future."

"Peter was incredibly responsive. He responded to my initial email within a couple of hours. I received quotes from 2 other plumbers for the work and all were about the same price but Peter was by far the most responsive and professional. He gave me a 1-hour window from 11-12 and showed up right at 11:30. He took the time to answer any questions I had about the permit / inspection process and operation / maintenance of the new water heater. He will definitely be my go-to for any plumbing needs in the future.

"At first it was suggested that the whole commode be replaced, but it was found out that the bowl was intact and that only the tank be replaced. This replacement was done and the new unit worked fine and nothing else was needed to be done. Great service, good workmanship and will recommend this company to others."
