Transitioning my 15 year-old Sonos S1 system to a current Sonos S2 system proved to be much more difficult than anyone thought; due to Apple compatibility issues between its legacy iTunes system and it's more current Apple Music, there proved to be no known straight line path to bringing over my many iTunes playlists and library. Jeffery demonstrated excellent knowledge in, first, working with Apple tech support to try and solve this and, second, when tech support failed, he stuck with it and problem-solved his way to a solution. I was happily impressed with Jeff's ability to get this done.

These guys were fantastic. Jeff has a wealth of knowledge, and is willing to share it. They were easy to understand, very friendly, and got along great with my golden retriever!

I needed someone to assess the issues I was having with my home theater system. He quickly assessed and suggested what I needed to do to optimize my current system and what I could do in the future to make it even better. The outcome was even better than I had hoped for. Delighted with Jeff Franklin’s recommendations and the installation completed by Jeff and his assistant. They were a pleasure to work with. Jeff connected our turn table to the new system (smart TV, receiver, subwoofer, blu ray and upgraded 4K cable box). We are totally enjoying our collection of vinyl, DVDs and CDs. Both the picture and the sound are amazing! Jeff programmed the remote to assure ease of use and patiently gave instructions on all components of the new system. He is an expert in his field. Highly recommended!

Jeff and Jimmy were professional, friendly, and skilled and got the job done with a great result and an overall great experience. My outdoor theater system required some creativity and a lot of hard work and they did an amazing job.

Jeff was very knowledgeable about the equipment he installed which was the the RTI system . He knew exactly what I wanted when everything was complete. He was very dependable and polite and made sure the system programming performed exactly how invissioned it. I highly recommend this company for all of your home automation needs .
