"Every one was on time when it came to installing our security and automation system. The installation advisor kindly asked we leave a review and we are happy to. Using the Safe Streets Group is a good decision. Many thanks to the advisor that helped us."
"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"WE had two gens installed and Jason has done a lot of other work for us as well. He is highly ethical, clear with what should or should not be done and is exceptional at his craft."
"Great company to deal with. Provided a detailed quotation, worked diligently to schedule the job quickly, electricians arrived on time and completed the installation seamlessly, as two of the outlets were a bit tricky to access. Would hire them again without reservation."
"Scheduling: From start to finish they did a great job. They sent someone out to give an estimate within a few days, and we received it the same evening. Scheduling was professional and prompt. There was a miscommunication between the scheduler and myself that resulted in the work having to be pushed back a week, but she made a huge effort to get us rescheduled promptly and were very flexible. Their employees: their technicians were very young, so I was a bit nervous, but they did a very thorough and meticulous job. Jason looks like he is in his early 20s but was better than most other more experienced electricians I have used. They were very polite and respectful and we had no problems with them being in the house. The job wound up being more complicated than expected so they sent a 3rd technician over for the second day. They worked very hard and didn't even take a lunch break on the second day in order to get finished on time. Work quality: Excellent. They were able to run the wiring without having to make any additional holes in the walls and didn't damage anything. The installed fixtures look perfect. Cleanliness: Much, much better than other contractors. They always wore shoe covers in the house, even when they only came in to give the initial estimate. They didn't damage our floors or walls and used drop cloths on everything. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They took the old fixtures with them to dispose of them. Pricing: The initial estimate came in much lower than I thought it would. To their credit, they also quoted out the potential extras in the contract and stuck to it despite the work taking longer than they thought it would. In our case, they told us ahead of time they might need to add $175 for each ceiling box that needed to be replaced, and indeed that wound up being the only extra charge. "
"Joe did a great job installing the recessed lighting in our kitchen ceiling. He was helpful determining to right places to put the lights. The installation went very smoothly and we are very happy with the results."
"Excellent, on time, no mess anywhere when he was done and it was not an easy job. Installer had to cut the ceiling because the old fans were not made any longer. Then up into the attic he went to do the wiring on a 90 degree day. Here, to me is a big one, I felt that I could have given Ryan a key to the house and said lock the door when you are done and leave the key on the kitchen table, just had that much trust in him, and believe me I have been around the block, done it all and seen it all. No, range hoods do not necessarily have to be vented outside. Ductless or non-vented range hoods are available, which are common in condos or small kitchens where connecting to external ductwork isn't feasible. These hoods operate by taking in air, filtering it through charcoal filters to help eliminate smoke and odors, and then recirculating the cleaned air back into the kitchen. However, while these recirculating hoods are more versatile, venting to the outside is still the preferred and more effective method for completely removing smoke, odors, and gases from the room.
No, you can’t install just any microwave over your range. You have to get a specific type of microwave known as an over-the-range unit. These include venting and lighting features that you’ll need above your stovetop.
Although countertop units are more affordable, they won’t work for this type of installation. To avoid hazardous conditions in your kitchen, buy the right type of microwave for your needs.
Regular cleaning of filters and checking ducting ensures effective operation.
Neglected maintenance can lead to odors, fire hazards, impaired airflow, and reduced range and hood operation efficiency.
Smooth galvanized metal ducting is best and safest for venting a hood range. It’s best to avoid flexible and corrugated types of ducting, as these options don’t provide ample airflow and may not meet local code. For specific advice on which type of duct might be best for your kitchen, reach out to a range hood installation professional.
