He was pretty much in the middle of the ballpark with price, but I got the feeling from him that he would do whatever it took to make the job come out right, and he did. The first day they completely demolished the old driveway and patio and got rid of all the debris. Then, it rained for a week. They came and worked whenever the rain permitted them to. They still got done in a timely manor in spite of the rain. John had his crew do a few extra things for me during the job so that everything would be perfect. The results are terrific. They put up a new retaining wall, graded the back yard and put down sod, and installed a magnificent side patio. What a difference!! They also removed some old shrubs and landscaped with mulch and crushed stone. They even made a very cool rock garden out of the large boulders that they dug up from my back yard!
