Denise was extremely responsive to any and all questions promptly getting out onsite and delivering an extremely competitive estimate. The paving crew had top of the line paving equipment and they installed the asphalt professionally and precise. I would hire them again, without a doubt.

I could not get any other paving companies to answer my calls. John Cooper Paving answered my call, came and gave me an estimate and then a date. Done on schedule and it is beautiful. There has been a big hole in front of my house (private way) for years and only John Cooper would even consider returning my calls. They are 100% fantastic.

Wow, I had to reschedule twice = absolutely no problem. They worked quickly and were in and out when they were supposed to be and followed our instructions to the t. Customer service was great and so was their work!!

Based off the last contractor that did the same job in the past they left many cracks unsealed. It was a below average job. I was going to refer them to my neighbor but decided against it. Told him to go to another company. I was disappointed at the end result.

Fantastic customer service - provided multiple "update" calls regarding schedule expected time frame, etc.

Cooper employees were professional and did a nice job. They asked for my input on how to design the driveway and completed the job as requested. Work was done in one day. The only reason I gave a 4.5 for quality instead of 5 is because the seam is visible down the middle of the driveway; I am not sure if this is typical. Once it is seal-coated, the seam should not be visible.

Great customer service and my driveway looks wonderful.

They gaurantee their work.. Which was good because I didn't feel that the first sealing was up to their standards (I expected more). I called them and they came back and redid some work and I'm very pleased with the results. I will use them again.

I would highly recommend J.A. Cooper. He and all his employees were very friendly and did a great job replacing my driveway. I had received three bids and his was by far the lowest and the quality of the work was excellent.

A full explanation of how the job was to be performed was made followed by an estimate I considered reasonable based on other estimates received. They called to cancel due to rain and came on time and did a very good job on the second appointment. I am ver pleased with the results and would hire them again.

John Cooper was the most personable of the 4 companies we talked to. They seemed very trustworthy and genuinely interested in satisfying the customer. We opted to go with them even though we had a better bid and had to wait a month and a half because of their workload. The only issue we had is they had to come back to repair a small puddle in the driveway--but they did it without any argument and now it's perfect! Thanks John Cooper!
