"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. He then set it up where he is coming back every other month or sooner if we should need him to. Since the first few times of Sean coming out we have seen less and less of the roaches!
