"I called Horizon after moving into a new home in Medway and having no idea what condition the chimney was in. They sent a team out the same day! The guys were great - very friendly and professional. They looked everything over, informed us that one chimney needed to be cleaned but the other did not, and some of the brick work was loose on the fireplace floor. I also requested a chimney cap and they suggested strengthening part of the chimney before installing. They provided an estimate within 24 hours and came out about a week later to do the work. Again, they were completely professional, pleasant and somehow despite cleaning the chimney and doing masonry work, did not create any dust or mess in the house. I was so pleased that I asked them to put us on a yearly schedule for routine cleaning. I highly recommend!"

"Exceptional service!! I got a call in advance, explaining the Covid-19 protocol and how the visit would work. Service technician, "Bobby 102" arrived on time, wearing face covering as discussed. He was super polite! Brought in his equipment (including floor/rug covering), accurately described the scope of the job and estimated timing. He worked quietly and efficiently while here and explained what he discovered at the end of his work. We were able to ask questions and got very clear and direct answers including what maintenance might be required down the road. We gave him a check on the spot and he was off to his next customer. "Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge.
