We are a Massachusetts and Rhode Island home theater and PC installation company. We specialize in the latest technology, such as the integration of PC's in the living room and the distribution of your digital media throughout your home, across town or wherever you are. Amazon TV whole new experience, did not like it. ready to return it. Helder went home and re-searching on the Internet and figure out how to access HDMI-1 for a regular TV experience. Awesome. Phoned me and talked me through it. Problem occurred again five days later and I called him at home and again he helped me. Recommended a new Comcast cable box. This guy is Awesome.

Helder and his team are amazing! Professional, knowledgable, timely, efficient, effective and helpful. Being inept in all things tech and home repair, Helder was patient, kind and a pleasure to talk to, with and have set up our home with mounted TVs (including new electrical boxes and wifi cable boxes). My husband was grateful for their professionalism and eagerness to please! Highly recommend Ultimate TiVi with highest enthusiasm! We are loving the set-up and are so thankful we found them!

I had them raise a TV I previously had mounted on the wall that was too low and they were able to use the same mount minus one section so the mount didn’t show on the sides. It looks much better. I would recommend them.
